Code entry instructions

Step 1: Press and hold the "PROGRAM" button until the "POWER" button lights up red. The light will remain on.

Step 2: Press the device button (e.g., "TV", "SAT/CBL", "STREAM", "B-RAY/DVD", "AMP", "AUX") you want to program. The "POWER" button's indicator light will blink once and will remain on.

Step 3: Enter a 4 digit code. If the code is valid, the "POWER" button's indicator light shuts off. If it flashes and then remains on, it means an invalid code was entered and you must re-enter the code.

Step 4: Test the remote with the device to make sure the buttons work as expected. If all work, setup is complete. If not, repeat this process using a different code.

Notes:

  • It may take over 10 minutes to scan through all the possible codes for your device.
  • If during the 'Code Search' procedure you have either accidentally or deliberately released the "OK" button, you may repeat steps 2 through 5 above to resume the code search where it left off.
  • When 'Code Search' has exhausted all available codes for the selected device, the "POWER" button's indicator light will blink 3 times and turns off. If none of the codes worked with your device, your Blackweb universal remote is probably not compatible with the device.
