To set up your device:
Step 1: Turn on your device (not on standby) and point the remote towards it.
Step 2: Hold down the "MAGIC" key until the LED under the device blinks twice. The LED under the current mode key will stay lit.
Step 3: Select your device: press the "DEVICES"/"MODE" key repeatedly until the LED for the device you want to set up is lit. (For single device remotes skip this step.)
Step 4: Hold down the digit for your brand and device as listed above.
Step 5: The remote will send the Power command every 3 seconds until your device switches off.
Step 6: As soon as your device switches off, release the digit key.
Step 7: The LED will blink twice and go out. The remote should now operate your device.
Note: If you find that one or more keys do not work as expected, start again at step 1 – the remote will start the search with the next code in the memory.
Some OFA remotes (e.g., those from the Essence series) support a basic manual search method that allows you to find the code for your device by scanning through all the codes that are preprogrammed in your universal remote. This search method may also work if your brand is not listed at all in your the code lists.
Step 1: Press and hold the "MAGIC" key for 3 seconds until the LED stays on.
Step 2: Select the corresponding device (e.g. TV).
Step 3: Press 991. The LED will blink twice (showed by going out twice).
Step 4: Next, press "POWER".
Step 5: Press "CH+" (over and over) again until your device switches OFF. You may have to press these keys many times (up to 150 times) so please be patient.
Step 6: As soon as your device turns off, press the "MAGIC" key to store the code. You should now be able to switch your device back ON and control it successfully.
You can learn any function from any other working remote control onto any key except Magic, Devices/Mode or Activity.
To learn, first make sure you have your original remote control at hand, and that it has working batteries in. To learn functions, the original remote should be approximately 3cm from the OneForAll remote, pointing towards it.
Step 1: Hold down the "MAGIC" key until the LED under the device blinks twice. The LED under the current mode key will stay lit.
Step 2: Using the "DEVICES"/"MODE" key, make sure the LED for the device you want to learn functions on is lit.
Step 3: Press 975. The LED will blink twice.
Step 4: Press and release the key you want to learn a function onto.
Step 5: Press and release the key on the original remote.
Step 6: The LED will blink twice to indicate the key has been learned correctly.
Step 7: Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each key you want to learn.
Step 8: When you learned all the functions you require, press and hold the "MAGIC" key until the LED blinks twice and turns off.
Notes:
To delete a learned function, the procedure is:
Step 1: Hold down the "MAGIC" key until the LED under the device blinks twice. The LED under the current mode key will stay lit.

Step 4: Press the key to delete twice. The LED will blink twice.
Repeat the above procedure for each key you want to delete.
If you always use one device to control volume, for example your TV or an AV Receiver, you can set up your One For All to always control that device, regardless of which device your remote is controlling. To do this:
Step 1: Hold down the "MAGIC" key until the LED under the device blinks twice. The LED under the current mode key will stay lit.
Step 2: Press 993. The LED will blink twice.
Step 3: Use the "DEVICES"/"MODE" key to select the Device you want to lock the Volume to.
Step 4: Press "MAGIC" once. The LED will blink twice and volume is now locked.
If there is one particular device you would like to exclude from the Volume Lock (and control its own volume), you can do this by the following:
Step 1: Hold down the "MAGIC" key until the LED under the device blinks twice. The LED under the current mode key will stay lit.
Step 2: Press 993. The LED will blink twice.
Step 3: Use the "DEVICES"/"MODE" key to select the Device you remove from Volume Lock.
Step 4: Press "VOLUME DOWN" – the LED will blink 4 times and device is now removed.
To unlock the volume and set every device back to controlling its own volume, the procedure is:
Step 1: Hold down the "MAGIC" key until the LED under the device blinks twice. The LED under the current mode key will stay lit.
Step 2: Press 993. The LED will blink twice.
